1. Introduction

Block Master ("the App") is a block-puzzle mobile game developed and published by Block Master ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Analytics Data (Firebase Analytics)

We collect anonymous usage data to understand how players interact with the App. This includes:

Screen views, button taps, and gameplay events (e.g., games started, scores achieved)
Device type, operating system version, and screen size
App version and session duration
Country/region (derived from IP address, which is not stored)

2.2 Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

When the App crashes, we automatically collect:

Stack traces and error logs
Device model, OS version, and available memory
App state at the time of the crash

2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

We display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its ad-network partners may collect:

Advertising ID (if you have consented to ad personalization)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
Device information for ad targeting

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

2.4 Leaderboard Data (Firebase Firestore)

If you participate in global leaderboards, we store:

An anonymous player identifier (not linked to your real identity)
Your display name (chosen by you)
High scores and game statistics

2.5 Local Game Data

Your game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using a local database. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Data

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with Google services that power the App:

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — analytics and crash data
Google AdMob — advertising data (and its certified ad-network partners)
Firebase Firestore — leaderboard data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Analytics data: retained per Google Firebase data retention policies (typically 14 months)
Crash reports: retained for 90 days
Leaderboard data: retained for 90 days of inactivity, then automatically pruned
Local game data: retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to Deletion: request deletion of your data
Right to Portability: request your data in a portable format
Right to Restrict Processing: request we limit how we use your data
Right to Object: object to processing of your data for certain purposes

You can also delete all local data by uninstalling the App. To reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization, use your device's privacy settings.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Block Master is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that data.

The App does not participate in the Google Play Families program.

8. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We do not permit cleartext (unencrypted) network traffic. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
